We are recruiting one County Captain in each of Ohio’s 88 counties for a focused civic engagement program now through October 31.
This is a practical, time-limited volunteer role. We are asking each County Captain to help with three specific tasks:
- Host at least one local event before October 31.
- Place candidate signs at the county board of elections during early voting, where legally permitted.
- Coordinate with area candidates for parades, fairs, meetups, forums, and other public events.
County Captains will not be working alone. This role is about being the local point of contact, helping make sure voters see our candidates, and making sure candidates have support on the ground.
Ohio has 88 counties. We need 88 people willing to take responsibility for one county.
We will follow up with next steps, materials, candidate contacts, and event support.
