Love Ohio. Love Freedom. Vote Ohio. is a positive June civic engagement campaign built around civic pride, personal freedom, and participation. The campaign celebrates Ohio’s parks, museums, restaurants, ballgames, festivals, farms, small towns, cities, neighborhoods, and families of every kind. The message connects our pride in our home with a broader freedom theme: peaceful adults should be free to live honestly, build relationships, form families, work, worship or not worship, speak, gather, and participate in public life without unnecessary government interference.
The campaign avoids anger and national noise. It invites Ohioans to show love for home through action: checking voter registration, making a voting plan, volunteering, donating, supporting local outreach, and considering a run for local office.
The core tone is welcoming, local, optimistic, and freedom-focused. The central message is simple: Ohio is worth caring about, freedom belongs here, and civic engagement starts when people show up for the place and people they love.
There will be 30 days of social media posts on the “Love Ohio” theme, focusing on our civic and personal pride, our neighbors and community. Ohio is more than just our home, it is history and community, a shared experience. Our fight for liberty isn’t just a hobby or protest. This is our way of life. We love it here and we will fight for Ohio.
Love Ohio. Love Freedom. Vote Ohio. starts with a simple truth: we love it here. We love Hocking Hills, Cuyahoga Valley, John Bryan, the Rock Hall, the Cleveland Museum of Art, Schmidt’s, Slyman’s, Tony Packo’s, the Guardians, Reds, Crew, the Ohio State Fair, county fairs, family farms, Yellow Springs, Granville, Marietta, Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, German Village, Over-the-Rhine, University Circle, and families of every kind. Ohio is home. Civic engagement starts with caring about the people and places around us. We love Ohio, and that is why we show up, speak up, vote, and build freedom here.
