WHEREAS, fair and equal treatment, respect, and comfort are vital to any successful team and working environment, and
WHEREAS, the importance of each individual to feel safe, respected, and empowered while working and volunteering for, or communicating with the Libertarian Party remains essential to achieve our goals, and
WHEREAS, the Libertarian Party of Ohio strives to embody these values with our elected members, staff, and affiliates,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Libertarian Party of Ohio reaffirms its commitment to equality of treatment and the highest standard of respect in the political environment and our party regardless of gender, gender identity or expression, age, cultural background, class, disability, ethnicity, sexual orientation, faith, language, or employment status.
THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Libertarian Party of Ohio will not tolerate discrimination, bigotry, or harassment at any meeting, event, or communication on the grounds of the same
