2026 LNC Grand Rapids Delegate Application Form

The Libertarian Party of Ohio will send a delegation to the 2026 Libertarian National Convention in Grand Rapids, Michigan from May 21 to May 25, 2026. Each delegate represents the interests of Ohio members during national business sessions that include officer elections, bylaws discussions, and platform votes. The eligibility rules come directly from the LPO Constitution and Bylaws.

Delegates are responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel, lodging, meals, and related expenses while attending the 2026 Libertarian National Convention. The Libertarian Party of Ohio does not cover or reimburse costs for delegates or alternates.

Delegate Eligibility Rules
Applicants must be verified Supporting or Lifetime Members of the Libertarian Party of Ohio who have affirmed the non-aggression pledge and are residents of Ohio in good standing. Only those who meet these requirements qualify for delegate selection under LPO Bylaw 500. Out-of-state members, even national lifetime members, are not eligible to represent Ohio without approval of the Executive Committee. Delegate priority goes to active party officers, candidates, and committee members as listed in the bylaws.

The last day to become a member of the Libertarian Party of Ohio (LPO) to be eligible as a delegate for the 2026 Libertarian National Convention is February 10, 2026. If you are already a Sustaining, Lifetime or 99 Club member proceed with form submission, otherwise please JOIN LPO before continuing.
