PUCO sends notice of probable non-compliance following several power outages in Lakewood

The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio has issued a notice of probable noncompliance to Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company following multiple power outages in Lakewood, affecting over 18,000 customers.
