Michael Fricke

Michael Fricke is a PhD chemist living in Kent, OH and is the current Chair of the Akron Section of the American Chemical Society. Dr Fricke is an expert on arsenic and elemental impurities and has worked in analytical development in the pharmaceutical industry since 2006. Recently, he helped build the first Medical Marijuana testing laboratory which receive approval from the State of Ohio in 2019. Dr Fricke believes in personal freedom and has been appointed as the Events Director for the Libertarian Party of Ohio and administers the Portage County Ohio Libertarian Facebook page. He has started Sensible Kent which seeks to change the penalties for misdemeanor marijuana possession in the City of Kent to "No fine, no time!"
